It remains to be seen whether Sacramento is that place.
“I hope so,” said Celtics president Danny Ainge. “I like Rajon (Rondo). I’m hoping that things work out well for him. I think there’s a good chance for him there. The Kings have good talent with (Rudy) Gay and Cousins and Rajon, and George is a good coach.
“I thought things would work out better in Dallas than they ended up working out, but I’m just hoping things go well for Rajon in Sacramento.”
