Celtics’ Young Out for Summer League?

As the Boston Celtics summer league players took to the court to start practice on Sunday, James Young remained a spectator on the sideline.

And it may stay that way for the rest of summer league.

Celtics head coach Brad Stevens said he expects to get more information on Young’s status on Monday.

“I don’t know if he’ll play this week,” Stevens said. “From everything I know, it’s from unlikely to probably not tomorrow (against the Indiana Pacers), and then from there we have another day off and we’ll see about later in the week.”
