Portland Trail Blazers All-Star guard Damian Lillard missed Friday’s game against the Denver Nuggets, and league sources told ESPN he will also sit out Saturday’s matchup on the road with the Los Angeles Lakers because of a hamstring strain.
Lillard injured his hamstring during Wednesday’s loss to the San Antonio Spurs. Sources said Lillard is hoping to return for the Blazers’ home game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday.
