There’s a full slate of NBA action tonight, with 11 games on the bill.

This means there will plenty of opportunities to unearth an under-priced gem or two on DraftKings, which is critical to winning either large tournaments or smaller contests. For those interested, there’s a $3 league tonight with a $20,000 first-place prize as well as a $5 double up league where the top half of teams win $10.

As you’re building your team and trying to stay under the $50,000 salary cap, here are some great value plays to keep in mind.

PG: T.J. McConnell – salary: $5,500

McConnell has been able to post surprisingly impressive numbers despite averaging under 30 minutes a night for the Sixers. In fact, McConnel is currently averaging 8.3 assists per contest, good for fifth in the league –  ahead of players such as John Wall, Chris Paul and Damian Lillard. He’s also chipping in 4.6 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game. Sum it all up, and he’s averaging 29.6 fantasy points per game over the Sixers’ last five contests. He’ll have his hands full with Russell Westbrook tonight, but OKC likes to push the pace, which is what we like to see from a fantasy perspective.

Honorable Mention: Emmanuel Mudiay – salary: $6,000

SG: Marcus Thornton – salary: $5,500

Thornton was inserted into the starting lineup with Terrance Jones sidelined and has made the most of his opportunity. Thornton is averaging over 38 minutes over the Rockets’ last three games and had a monster outing on Wednesday versus Brooklyn, tallying 21 points, seven assists and four steals. He may see his minutes reduced with Jones back, but it should be safe to ride the hot hand for at least one more outing.

Honorable Mention: Evan Turner – salary: $4,900

SF: Joe Johnson – salary: $5,200

Johnson (the second-highest paid player in the NBA behind Kobe Bryant) has seen his DraftKings price drop due to a lackluster start to the season. However, he seems to have broken out the doldrums a bit of late. On Wednesday night in Houston, he had 16 points, seven rebounds and 10 assists. The fact of the matter is the Nets have very few talented offensive players, which means they will be forced to rely on Johnson even when he is struggling (he’s averaging 37 minutes a night). This high usage rate is a recipe for fantasy success. Ride Johnson while his price remains deflated.

Honorable Mention: Jerami Grant – salary: $4,500

PF: Ryan Anderson – salary: $6,000

With Anthony Davis sidelined, Anderson gets an opportunity to shine in Toronto. Ryno is coming off back-to-back double-doubles and has knocked down at least two three-pointers in six of the Pelicans’ last seven games. Safe to assume he’ll play heavy minutes tonight and see plenty of scoring and rebounding opportunities.

Honorable mention: Jared Sullinger – salary: $5,600

C: Zaza Pachulia – salary: $5,600

One of the reasons to like Zaza as a solid sleeper tonight is the fact that the Mavericks are playing the Lakers. Pachulia has his best game of the season against L.A. 12 days ago, posting a 16 points and 12 rebounds. In addition, the Mavs-Lakers contest has an over/under of 209, which means Vegas is expecting plenty of possessions. Zaza has posted at least 30 fantasy points in three of his last four games, so let’s see if he can continue the momentum.

Honorable Mention: Mason Plumlee – salary: $5,500

Here are three DraftKings leagues you can enter tonight:

$300K Sharpshooter: This league costs $3 (or free for new users) to enter. There is a $300,000 prize pool and a $20,000 first-place prize. The top 23,535 teams win cash.

Massive $5 Double Up: This league costs $5 to enter, and the teams that finish in the top half of the contest win $10 (doubling their entry fee). These leagues are some of the easiest to win and the prizes add up.

$300K Crossover: This league costs $27 to enter. There’s a huge $300,000 prize pool and the top team wins $30,000. The top 2,600 win big sums of cash.

To play in these leagues, you must submit your team by 7 p.m. ET tonight.
