Howard Undergoes PRP Procedure on Knee
At least now, Dwight Howard has something new that he and Kobe Bryant can talk about.
Howard said Friday that he underwent a “PRP” treatment on his right knee on Thursday, the same cutting-edge procedure that Bryant used on his knee in 2013.
“It feels a lot better,” Howard said. “I had to get a shot in it to clear some of the stuff out it. I’m trying to do whatever I can to get back on the floor.”
Asked if he is definitely out on Saturday, Howard said, “I have no idea.”
