The Atlanta Hawks have assigned guard John Jenkins to the Idaho Stampede of the NBA Development League, and forward/center Adreian Payne to the Austin Spurs, both pursuant to the flexible assignment rule, it was announced today by Head Coach Mike Budenholzer.
