LeBron James leads all player in voting for the 2015 NBA All-Star game in New York.
The Cleveland Cavaliers forward and Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors remain atop the Eastern and Western Conferences, respectively, after the second returns of fan balloting. James is in the top overall spot with 775,810 votes, while Curry’s 755,486 votes are second.
The 64th NBA All-Star Game is Feb. 15 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
James, forward Pau Gasol (372,109) of the Chicago Bulls and the New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony (365,449) are the leading frontcourt players in the Eastern Conference. Washington Wizards guard John Wall (439,395) remains the East’s leading vote-getter in the backcourt, and Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade (396,757) is second.
Curry is followed in the West backcourt by the Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant (694,665). The Western Conference frontcourt is headed by New Orleans Pelicans’ star Anthony Davis (732,154), the Los Angeles Clippers’ Blake Griffin (403,415) and Marc Gasol (343,587) of the Memphis Grizzlies.
