Washington Wizards point guard John Wall, recovering from a sprained left shoulder, is out for Sunday’s game against the Toronto Raptors. Tim Frazier will start at point guard for the Wizards, coach Scott Brooks said.
Wall ran into Channing Frye and took a tumble in the second half of Washington’s 130-122 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday. He stayed in the game but later said he should not have continued playing. Wall underwent X-rays, which were negative, and left the arena with his arm in a sling.Wall is averaging 20.5 points and 10.4 assists this season for the Wizards.
