Kerr: Give Steph Curry Two Weeks to Find Rhythm

Slow starts are nothing new to (Stephen) Curry. A ball-dominant player who excels at reading teammates and finding his spots on the floor, he requires time to settle into a groove. Last year, before beginning a season in which he became the NBA’s first unanimous MVP, Curry eclipsed the 20-point mark in only two of six exhibition games.

“He’s always a guy who takes a little time,” head coach Steve Kerr said. “I think two weeks from tonight is opening night, so he’s got a couple weeks to find a rhythm.”
