Lonzo Ball (mild ankle sprain) and Brandon Ingram (head) did not practice on Tuesday and their statuses will be updated before the Los Angeles Lakers play the Denver Nuggets in a preseason game Wednesday. Ball landed on the foot of Denver point guard Emmanuel Mudiay near the end of the first half on Monday. He started the second half but came away with a mild left ankle sprain.

Ingram bumped heads with Malik Beasley in the fourth quarter Monday. He was evaluated by Lakers team doctor Dr. Daniel Vigil on Tuesday and has been diagnosed with a head contusion. He will be re-evaluated Wednesday and is questionable to face Denver.
