It took less than a month before the Knicks held a long team meeting to hash out their problems and recalibrate. By all accounts from the players, it had a positive impact on their 104-94 victory Sunday over the Hawks — a game that marked Carmelo Anthony’s best performance of the season.
Except this time there was another positive development from the meeting: according to Anthony, Phil Jackson kept silent.
“He actually just listened this time,” Anthony said, “which is good.”
