MRI Reveals No Structural Damage to J.R. Smith’s Knee
Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith experienced a left knee injury during the first quarter of the Cavaliers game in Toronto vs. the Raptors last night. He did not return to play. Smith returned to Cleveland on Tuesday for further examination at Cleveland Clinic Sports Health by Team Physician Dr. Richard Parker. The evaluation and MRI revealed no structural damage and Smith has been diagnosed with a left knee hyperextension.
