Reid: Pelicans Advising Teams Ryan Anderson Available

(The Times Picayune’s John Reid:) I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pelicans trade Ryan Anderson. At the moment, the Pelicans are letting teams know he is available if the right trade deal comes forth. If Anderson is traded not traded this month, then it could occur before the February trade deadline. At 5-16, the Pelicans are desperate for a turnaround because this team has underperformed, regardless of their early season injury problems.
