The Southeastern Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament will be held in St. Louis in 2018 and in Tampa, Fla., in 2022.

The SEC, meeting in Sandestin, Fla., announced the future sites have now been set through the 2025 season.

The SEC announced last October that it had signed an agreement with Nashville to serve as the primary site of the men’s tournament, which will now appear in the Music City in nine of the next 11 years.

On Tuesday, it selected the remaining two years in that span to a first-time site at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis and a second-time site at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa, which also hosted the event in 2009.

“Tampa is a great scene for us in terms of the facility and in terms of the environment,” SEC commissioner Mike Slive said. “We think that we can get the kind of support that we want.”

Last season’s tournament, which was won by Florida, was held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.

The next three tournaments will be played at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Bridgestone Arena was also the site of the 2014 Women’s Final Four.
