The Sixers lost center Nerlens Noel during their loss the the Orlando Magic on Wednesday when the rookie sprained his left ankle early in the third quarter.
“I don’t think it is too bad,” Noel said after the game.
“I’ll be back in (Thursday) morning for rehab,” Noel said. “I don’t think I’ll be out too long.”

Report: Avery Bradley Out with Sports Hernia
LA Clippers guard Avery Bradley has a sports hernia and won’t play Thursday against the Golden State Warriors, head coach Doc Rivers said.
Bradley will be evaluated by doctors, Rivers told reporters.
The Detroit Pistons traded Bradley in January as part of the Blake Griffin trade.
Bradley is averaging 14.3 points and two assists per game this season.
