Status of Paul George in Game 3 Unclear
All-Star forward Paul George spent Thursday afternoon following the “protocol” of the league’s return-to-participation steps after suffering a concussion in the fourth quarter of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals.
(Frank) Vogel would not estimate if he believed that George would be dunking Saturday night during Game 3 in Miami.
“No clue,” he said.
Vogel also cast doubt that the determination of George’s availability for Game 3 would come soon.
“Not today. Maybe not tomorrow,” Vogel said. “I’m not even sure, it might be until Saturday.”
