Houston Rockets guard Troy Daniels is thrilled that he was able to sign his first multi-year NBA contract with his family on hand to take part in the moment.
Daniels signed a two-year contract.
“I officially inked the deal (Monday) at Toyota Center,” Daniels said in an interview with FOX26 Sports. “I had my family surrounding me during the signing.
“When I was signing it a lot of memories popped in my head. A lot of people said I wasn’t even supposed to be here. Now look at me. I’m actually inking a deal with guarantees. It felt great for me. Also great for the D-League.”
