Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green suffered a left ankle contusion late in the third quarter of Friday’s 109-85 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
Green left the game and did not return, but X-rays came back negative. Green said he’ll see how his ankle feels in the morning, but he plans to play against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday.

Magic Johnson Subpoenaed to Testify in Green Lawsuit
Magic Johnson has been subpoenaed as a witness in a civil lawsuit accusing Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green of assault, according to court documents obtained by the Detroit Free Press.
Johnson, the Los Angeles Lakers’ president of basketball operations, and Green both played basketball for Michigan State, and the plaintiff played football at MSU.
