Warriors’ Kerr: Players Want to Break Bulls’ Win Record
Yes, no question, this is happening: The Warriors are going to try to put up the best record in NBA history and they don’t mind if we all know it.
The Warriors are going for 73 regular-season victories–to top the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls, who went 72-10–on their way to an attempt at repeat championships
“Now we’re right there,” (Steve) Kerr said before the game. “That’s pretty enticing.
“It’s really the players’ record. I know they want to get it. So we’ll act accordingly.”
