Walter Tavares – Cape Verde, Center

Ht.: 7’2, wt.: 265 lbs.

Strengths: One of the biggest players in the draft. Has a reported wingspan of 7’9. Moves well for someone of his stature. Really played well with extended minutes this season.

Weaknesses: A project who lacks a solid feel for the game on both ends of the court. Doesn’t always get the most out of his size and strength. Not a great athlete.
