Calderon: We’re Taking Spurs Out of Rhythm
“We’ve done things to take them out of their comfort zone,” said (Jose) Calderon, who was huge in the third quarter when Dallas answered the Spurs’ 10-0 run at the end of the first half with a 32-24 advantage. “We’re taking them out of their rhythm, and we’re taking care of the ball.”
“They played at the offensive end with great execution. We didn’t guard well,” (Spurs Coach Gregg) Popovich said. “It really showed up in the guard play with their three guards. They really hurt us.”
