The Detroit Pistons and Houston Rockets have agreed to a trade that sends Donatas Motiejunas and Marcus Thornton to Detroit and Joel Anthony and a protected 2016 first-round pick to Houston, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical. The Rockets’ interest in Motiejunas was first reported by ESPN’s Marc Stein.
