I I’d expect this to pass easily if vote happens. Vote might reach 29-1, with only Philly against. Might be a few more “nos,” but not many

Hard to overstate degree of leaguewide displeasure with Sixers right now. Perhaps not entirely fair — they’re following rules — but big.

Sixers will justifiably argue changing rules mid-stream is unfair, especially w/ so many protected draft picks still to change hands

But league has made such mid-stream changes before, and momentum is clearly on their side.

Interesting twist is, I don’t think this proposed reform would change Philly’s plan for next 2-4 years.
