*** To clarify, the entire franchise is now being sold, not just the portion controlled by Bruce Levenson. All the owners of the team have agreed to sell their interests clearing the way for a speedier sale process. Goldman Sachs and Inner Circle Sports have been retained to handle the sale. Potential suitors could begin serious discussions in the coming weeks.
