Cavs’ Iman Shumpert Ahead of Schedule in Recovery

The word is Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert is breaking records when it comes to how aggressively he’s attacking his rehabilitation.
That might be hyperbole, but what’s clear is he’s ahead of schedule in his recovery from a ruptured Extensor Carpi Ulnaris sheath in his right wrist.
“If I could have, I would have played soon as they took the cast off [on Oct. 14]. I think I’m six weeks out. They said 12-14 [weeks], right? If I can make it at 12, I’m trying to make it at 12,” Shumpert told cleveland.com
