Derek Fisher: Knicks Need to Rely Less on Anthony
The New York Knicks are 4-6, but they’re feeling optimistic about the future. Both Anthony and Fisher have said that the Knicks stopped moving the ball late in the game on Friday and relied too heavily on one player (Anthony) to carry the scoring load. That’s been a point of emphasis among the team lately, Fisher says.
“We’re trying to make sure that [Anthony] and the guys understand that just giving [Anthony] the ball and saying go make a shot, that’s not the way we’re going to win games in the fourth quarter,” Fisher said.
