Andrea Bargnani, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2006 NBA draft, has signed to play overseas for Saski Baskonia in Spain. The announcement was made Tuesday via the team’s official Twitter account.
Bargnani, 30, had been without a team since securing a buyout from the Brooklyn Nets in late February.
