Grizzlies, Randolph Extension Near Deal?

With Jason Levien out as Grizzlies CEO, all signs point toward the (Grizzlies) franchise and forward Zach Randolph agreeing on a long-term contract as a mere formality. Memphis fans can stop holding their collective breath.

General manager Chris Wallace, who is overseeing basketball operations on an interim basis, is not only a frontrunner to be hired permanently in that role but he also seems close to securing a deal that would keep Randolph married to the Griz for several seasons.
