The Indiana Pacers clinched the No. 1 spot in the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs Monday night when the Miami Heat lost to the Washington Wizards 114-93.

The Pacers (55-26) have one game remaining in the regular season, Wednesday at Orlando. The Heat are 54-27 and the Pacers hold the tiebreaker in case they finish with the same record.
