The Los Angeles Lakers assigned guard Jordan Clarkson to the Los Angeles D-Fenders of the NBA Developmental League, the Lakers announced Thursday.

Clarkson, 22, is averaging 18.3 points, 7.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds in three games this season for the D-Fenders.

He averaged 4.5 points in 13 games for the Lakers this season.
