LeBron James Calls Cavaliers a ‘motivated group’

There was no acceptable excuse for losing to Memphis on Monday, given the Grizzlies’ rash of injuries and rest days for at least five rotation players. After that game, (LeBron) James said the Cavs were “young,” “still learning,” and not ready for the playoffs.
Just three wins later – albeit on the road, three time zones from The Q – that Cavs are suddenly rounding into form?
“We’re a motivated group and we look forward to the challenges that’s ahead,” James said.
It’s been a while since anyone’s accused the Cavs of playing like they’re motivated.
