(LeBron) James became the youngest player in NBA history to score 27,000 points in a career. That shouldn’t be a surprise. He has eclipsed Kobe Bryant at every milestone; this one is just the latest. James is 31 years, 317 days. Bryant was 32 years, 160 days. Provided James stays healthy, he’ll chase down Bryant’s mark for 28,000 later this year and should make a run at 29,000 and 30,000 next season.
