NBA Power Rankings: Finish Line
Our final power rankings of the regular season see the Golden State Warriors right where they belong.
It literally took every single day of the regular season, but our playoffs matchup are set.
Award ballots are due to the NBA and news will begin trickling out about the winners of the various awards.
As for the winner of the Weekly Power Rankings? That would easily be the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors have completed a franchise record 67-win season and have certainly earned our respect as the playoffs tip off.
Over the course of the season, only three teams have appeared atop our rankings: the Memphis Grizzlies (once), the Atlanta Hawks (eight times) and the Warriors (15 times).
As we turn our sights and attention toward the playoffs, we do so with maximum respect due to the Warriors. Now, for them, the real season begins.
