Pelicans, Sixers Swap Point Guards in Trade

The Sixers landed guard Pierre Jackson with the 47th pick on Thursday night, a 5-foot-10, 180 pound point guard who played his college ball at Baylor.

The team originally selected Russ Smith, a point guard out of Louisville, with the pick, but then moved Smith to the New Orleans Pelicans for Jackson.
