Despite not getting any playing time in Team USA’s 105-62 blowout exhibition victory over the Dominican Republic on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden, Brooklyn Nets big man Mason Plumlee remains confident that he is going to make the World Cup-bound squad.

“It is [nerve-wracking],” Plumlee said. “But it’s been such a long period of time. I was nervous in Vegas, but at this point, I’m just gonna show up, play my game, do what I can do.

“I feel very good about how I’ve played … so I’m very confident with where I stand.”
