Plumlee named replacement for Rising Stars game
The NBA named Phoenix Suns center Miles Plumlee as a replacement for injured Atlanta Hawks center Pero Antic in the Feb. 14 Rising Stars Challenge in New Orleans during the All-Star break.
Plumlee is averaging 9.3 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 49 games, all starts, for the Suns.
Plumlee will play for Team Hill, for which Grant Hill is serving in the role of general manager. The head coach for will be Nate McMillan of the Indiana Pacers’ coaching staff.
