The New Orleans Pelicans announced today that forward Anthony Davis has been diagnosed with a left ankle sprain. An MRI taken this afternoon and further examination by Pelicans Director of Medical Services/Head Team Physician Misty Suri confirmed the diagnosis. Davis will be listed as doubtful for Friday’s game against the Washington Wizards and his status is day-to-day.
