Former Orlando Magic coach Stan Van Gundy has been contacted by the Golden State Warriors about their vacant head coaching position, Yahoo Sports reported Wednesday.

The third time may be the charm for Van Gundy, who reportedly has already declined interest from both the Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves, but is intrigued by the Warriors’ job.

Yahoo Sports’ Mark Spears reported that no interviews have been scheduled yet.

Van Gundy, who coached the Magic for five years and the Miami Heat for three years before that, has a 378-208 career record as an NBA head coach.

The Warriors and now-former head coach Mark Jackson parted ways Tuesday.

Other names that have been mentioned in the media as Golden State having some potential interest in include Steve Kerr (who is reportedly considering taking the New York Knicks’ coaching job), former Denver Nuggets coach George Karl and former player Lionel Hollins, among others.
