Houston Rockets guard Jason Terry told KRIV-TV on Sunday that he has been told by UAB that he is no longer being considered for the school’s head-coaching vacancy.
“I’m encouraged,” Terry told KRIV-TV before the Rockets’ game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. “It was my first time [to interview]. The AD told me I had a good interview.” Terry said he interviewed for the UAB job on Thursday.
