(Sixers Coach Brett) Brown said he is trying Russian Alexey Shved, who was acquired in the Thaddeus Young trade, at point guard and wants to continue taking a look at Shved there. The 6-foot-6 Shved spent a lot of time at shooting guard with the Timberwolves.
Brown watched Shved play the point for Russia in the 2012 Olympics and it piqued his curiosity.
