Yesterday, in the team’s first gathering following an 8-day break for the All-Star Game, injured veteran Jason Richardson ran his first five-on-five session in the hopes of returning after being out for almost two seasons because of a serious knee injury and subsequent surgery.
Richardson, a 14-year vet, said he felt like a rookie again as he moved freely, albeit a bit slower, shot confidently and strode around the court without problems.
