Janis Timma — the Memphis Grizzlies’ second round pick in the 2013 draft — has begun to pursue a contract in the Euroleague with his NBA franchise uninterested in a deal for next season, sources told RealGM.

The Grizzlies have plans to fill their 2015-16 roster without Timma, leaving the 6-foot-7 Latvian forward focused on signing with a powerhouse team in Europe.
