With the start of training camp practices just two weeks and one day away, the Wizards have begun putting the finishing touches on the list of attendees.

The team signed guard Xavier Silas to a training camp contract and are finalizing an identical deal with swingman Damion James, a person with knowledge of the transactions said Monday.
