Spurs guard Tony Parker left Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals in San Antonio with a tight left hamstring and his return was uncertain, according to the team.

In 10 minutes during the first half, Parker was 0-for-2 with two rebounds and no assists against Portland.

San Antonio leads the series 3-1.
