Thunder pick up contract options
The Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday exercised third-year contract options on center Steven Adams and forward Andre Roberson and fourth-year options on forward Perry Jones and guard Jeremy Lamb.
As a rookie last season, Adams averaged 3.3 points and 4.1 rebounds in 81 regular-season games. He was selected to the NBA All-Rookie second team.
Roberson played in 40 games and started 16 for the Thunder last season. He averaged 1.9 points and 2.4 rebounds per game.
In two seasons with the Thunder, Jones has averaged 3.0 points and 1.8 rebounds.
Lamb’s two years with the Thunder include 101 appearances and averages of 7.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.2 assists. Last season, he reached double figures in scoring in a career-best 30 games.
