Wake Forest fired coach Jeff Bzdelik after four seasons, multiple media outlets reported Thursday.

Bzdelik, 61, leaves with a 51-76 record since being hired in 2010. He was hired after three losing seasons at Colorado by longtime friend and Wake athletic director Ron Wellman.

Bzdelik was also the head coach for the Denver Nuggets from 2002 to 2004, and at Air Force for two seasons.

Wake Forest finished the season 17-16 and 6-12 in the ACC.
