He (Steve Kerr) said there’s also “a decent chance” he’ll go with the team to Houston and New Orleans later this week… and that–as he gradually feels better and starts to exercise–he’s sure he’ll be back coaching at some point this season.Does he think maybe at least by Jan. 1? Before then?
Kerr said he sure hopes it’s before Jan. 1, but said he won’t return too soon and he’ll know it when he knows. Kerr said he trusts Walton and the staff and the players and that he won’t put the team through a back-and-forth with his health.
