Rose Sits Out Second Half With Knee Soreness
Derrick Rose did not play for the Chicago Bulls in the second half of Wednesday night’s 91-85 win over the Atlanta Hawks because of left knee soreness, but is optimistic about being ready for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday.
He played just 10 minutes on Wednesday night and scored just two points. He said it was his decision to come out of the game, but he could have stayed in if it were a postseason contest.
