Sixers’ Stauskas: ‘I’m the hardest-working guy on this team’

(Nik) Stauskas, an offensive-minded shooting guard, made that assertion despite not having attempted a shot in a total of 32 minutes over his past three games heading into Tuesday’s home date with the Grizzlies.

“I’m the hardest-working guy on this team,” Stauskas said. “I know no other person on this team that’s putting in the hours I do. That’s really all I can control at this time. I just know that over time that’s going to pay off.”

Sources: Suns, Jimmer Fredette Agree to Deal

The Phoenix Suns are signing Jimmer Fredette through the rest of the season with a team option for 2019-20, per 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station’s John Gambadoro.

The 30-year-old Fredette recently played for the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association. On Tuesday, the Sharks were eliminated from the postseason. Fredette averaged 36.9 points per game for Shanghai.
