The Cleveland Cavaliers have acquired George Hill and Rodney Hood in a three-team deal with Utah and Sacramento, sources tell ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The Cavs will send Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose to Utah, who will send Hood to Cleveland and Joe Johnson to Sacramento. The Kings will send Hill to Cleveland, and will also acquire Iman Shumpert from the Cavs, per sources. Sacramento will also receive a second-round pick and cash considerations. Utah will waive rose, per Yahoo Sports’ Shams Charania.

The Timberwolves will try to sign Derrick Rose if he clears waivers after his looming release by Utah, according to league sources
